Setting Priorities in Retirement

In retirement, there is no boss making sure you get thing done on time. As one retiree told me, " I am too busy doing nothing". Many important tasks such as estate planning get postponed. This is one of the reasons some retirees never get to completing a will.
How do we make sure you prioritize most important things and get it done? For me, playing out a hypothetical scenario in my mind helped to identify critical tasks and develop plans to get it done.
